Event Space Rental at Birmingham Breadworks

Birmingham Breadworks is an excellent option for birthday parties, wedding rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, reunions, and other gatherings. If you are looking for a room that sparkles with beauty in the evening, but without the stuffiness of formality and predictability, then this room is for you. It is also a room that can transform according to your tastes and wishes, so that the room reflects your event rather than dictating it.

Space specifics: industrial chic atmosphere, 4500 sq ft, seating for 48 people, sound system (we are only licensed for using Spotify Radio). Our hours of availability for rentals are Mon-Sat from 4:30pm-10:00pm or any mutually agreeable time on Sunday.

The rental rate is $175/hr and is subject to higher rates depending on dates selected and services needed. There is a required deposit of $100 to reserve the space, once the deposit has been paid, we will add you to our event calendar. The deposit is applied towards the total rental fee. The remainder of the balance is due the week before the event. All payments must be made in cash or check and are payable to Birmingham Breadworks. No Venmo, credit or pay apps of any kind accepted.
