Good hot bread! Can't beat it no kind of way the freshest most nutritionist bread that I have ever ate this far.

Very neat place with decent prices, sufficient seating, and a little wait. They were out of the salmon for the smoked salmon toast, unfortunately. All the pastries looked so delicious, and everyone at the office loved the sticky buns for our sweets social. Will return and update review another time.

The Basics

Located at 2408 7th Avenue South, in the heart of historic Southside, Birmingham Breadworks is Birmingham’s choice for finely crafted bread. Our passion is for making delicious bread that will make any occasion special. 

Ingredients

Our ingredients are simple, natural, and easily recognized. Most of our breads just use three: Flour, Water, and Salt. That’s it. Nothing else.

Baked Goods

Even the baked goodies that have more components include things like natural sugar or butter or blueberries or apples. We don’t add things that make the bread last longer. We don’t add things that make the bread a different color or stand taller. We just rely on tried and true, traditional methods to make our bread and pastries the best they can be.
