When we left France last summer after having three months of freshly baked bread- it was a pretty tough transition UNTIL we discovered this great bakery just down the road from us! Bham Breadworks has been supplying us with beautiful loaves once a week usually bouncing between sourdough, rye and the occasional baguette. My favorite grab and go breakfast is the avocado toast at a modest price point- always toasted to perfection with a side of that peppery olive oil, nothing else is needed! My only critique to be fair is on the pastry end- let the techniques and quality be enough to let the ingredients shine through and please don't drizzle a glaze on every little thing. Drizzle belongs on a danish and not much else :) Beautiful bake on every single item thought!
